I was able to download smaller rom packs so I don't think it's a site wide issue. The government(s) across the world are all corrupt so until we know the answer everything is a 'conspiracy theory' because they refuse to disclose what's going on which only makes them look bad. I don't know if it's the website doing it or if the individual owners block people they don't like for whatever personal agenda or if some outside third party but you have to just download the ones you want and not do collections. The Mario Kart Arcade GP sub-series started in 2005 with the release of Mario Kart Arcade GP. It turns out Java I think might have been the problem? But there is no indication that was the issue but it seems to have been fixed. Update: I found out my Java was a long time not updated on a hunch I decided to see if that might fix it which my next step would've been to reinstall Jdownloaer 2. I finally got the file I wanted thru Jdownloader 2 indivdually. I can double check my setting next time Im at my PC. Internet Archive randomly drops connections over 1GB in size and some files don't fully make it. Also, I believe for my Logitech pedals to work right I had to go into the main teknoparrot settings (not game-specific settings) and check the boxes for full axis gas, full axis brake, reverse axis gas, reverse axis brake.
Hence I dropped it a star due to the process involved. IE: The letter H is one such letter with 'Missing files'.
